After what was, unarguably, the best speech of both conventions, the parents of a slain Muslim-American soldier killed in Iraq awoke to find that political talking head, Ann Coulter, had plenty to say about them.
There wasn’t a dry eye in the house after the father of Army Capt. Humayun S.M. Khan was finished speaking last night. Khan was an American hero after who gave his life to save the lives of ten other soldiers in 2004. His father spoke at the 2016 Democratic National Convention for the sole purpose to call out Donald Trump. He said:
“Hillary Clinton was right when she called my son the best of America. If it was up to Donald Trump, he never would have been in America. Donald Trump consistently smears the character of Muslims. He disrespects other minorities, women, judges, and even his own party leadership. Donald Trump loves to build walls and ban us from this country.”
If that wasn’t good enough, the grieving father continued:
“Let me ask you, have you even read the U.S. Constitution? I will gladly lend you my copy. You have sacrificed nothing!”
Leave it to dimwitted Ann Coulter to take offense to the words of a man who likely made millions of people stop dead in their tracks to hear what he had to say. The man who stole the show with his passion and anger at the bigoted remarks of the Republican presidential nominee.
Coulter ignorantly tweeted “You know what this convention really needed? An angry Muslim with a thick accent like Fareed Zacaria” shortly after Khan Sr. exited the DNC stage.
Not only did Coulter misspell the name Zakaria, but she angered a whole lot of people on social media. Below is an example of some of the responses people sent out via Twitter.

Ann Coulter’s comment on the father of the Brave Muslim American soldier who died a hero proves she’s nothing but a vile, irrelevant plebe.
